If you have not yet received a tracking number then it's likely your order has not yet been shipped. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped (made to order items may take longer).

You can return your order within 30 days if it is unused and in it's original condition. Please contact critterhappyhomes@outlook.com providing your order number and reason for return. You will need to purchase postage and package the order adequately to ensure it's safe return.
