How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 5 days* and shipping is usually 2-3 days depending on the delivery service.

Where is my order?

Please use the tracking/reference number to track orders which have been shipped. For items sent using Royal mails standard first or second class, please note the reference number will only show updates when the item has attempted to deliver.

If you have not yet received a tracking number then it's likely your order has not yet been shipped. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped (made to order items may take longer).

How do I return my order?

You can return your order within 30 days if it is unused and in it's original condition. Please contact critterhappyhomes@outlook.com providing your order number and reason for return. You will need to purchase postage and package the order adequately to ensure it's safe return.
